What is JISnView
JISnView is a multi-platform image browsing application written in the Java Programming Language for the express purpose of viewing vast collections of images and sorting the files using as few gestures as possible.
Using sets of predefined directories, JISnView allows for quick movement and duplication of image files.
Being constructed with Java means that it isn't, by far, the speediest app of this type, in terms of rendering the images, however I aim to create a usable application more for my own amusement than anything else.
As such I hope, once I've gotten the basic system back into a working condition (if you can call 0.2 a working app ;-)) I'll keep fairly abreast with Java technology in order to experiment with various libraries and components.
